REFUND, EXCHANGE & ALTERATION POLICY

At ToraWear, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept refunds or returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are not offered for any other reason, including a colour or fabric preference. Please choose your item carefully, as selecting the colour and fabric is the customer’s responsibility.

Items damaged through misuse, including cutting threads or washing the abaya incorrectly, are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Cancellations & Measurements

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders are made according to the measurements provided by the customer. Please ensure your measurements are correct before placing your order, as they cannot be changed once production has started.

Alterations

Alterations are available for AED 50 per item. To request an alteration, please contact our support team.

Please return the item in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to alterations.

Threads & Care

Loose threads are part of the abaya’s finishing. Please trim them with scissors; do not pull them. Loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
