We aim to ensure all product details, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or fabric may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric texture.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or other unexpected circumstances.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order

Custom abayas: Production time is 5–7 days

Made-to-order abayas: Production time is 7–10 days
During high-demand periods, production may take up to 14 days.
Please note: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

We offer delivery across the UAE:

Ready orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
